All massage sessions are customized to meet the individual needs of each client. Whether your goals are relaxation, pain relief, or a combination of both, your session will be fitted to meet your specific goals. 

Cupping, Gua Sha, Ashiatsu barefoot massage, warm salt stones, kinesiotaping application, CBD products, craniosacral therapy, myofacial release, reiki and lymphatic drainage can all be incorporated into your customized massage session as requested. 

There is an additional fee for hot stone massage and red light therapy.
